What happens next
- We call you back to ask about the mattress and give you a free quote.
- We pick a day and time that suits you.
- We clean the mattress at your home, then leave it to dry.
Our promise: if you’re not happy with the first spot we clean, we stop and you pay nothing.*
Our promise in detail
- We clean the worst spot on the mattress first and let you see the result.
- If you are not completely satisfied with the results, just inform us. We will stop cleaning, and you don’t have to pay for anything.
- If you like what you see, we carry on and clean the whole mattress.
- The promise doesn’t cover rayon or viscose fabrics. We read the mattress label with you before we start.
