Before the visit
How often should I clean my mattress?
It is recommended that you clean your mattress once a year, and sooner after spills or accidents. Some warranties also ask for regular cleaning.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Call or send the form, tell us the size and what’s on the mattress, and we’ll give you a free quote.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
Take off the sheets, covers and any protector, clear a little space around the bed, and keep pets in another room while we work.
Do you clean in condos?
Yes. For condos and apartments we bring a portable machine up to your unit. If your building asks you to book the elevator, please do that first.
Which areas do you visit?
Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Thornhill.
Which mattresses do you clean?
Pillow top, Eurotop, memory foam, foam and futon mattresses, in houses, condos and apartments.
How can I tell if I need to replace my mattress?
Signs of wear are one indication that a mattress needs to be replaced. If it is not worn out, you should be fine with cleaning it.
Where should I buy a new mattress?
Shop around and get it during discount time. Many outlet stores offer special deals, as well as mattress protectors and mattress products.
The cleaning
What process do you use to clean mattresses?
We use pressurized hot water extraction, also known as steam cleaning. This requires professional equipment. High water pressure helps the cleaning process, and powerful vacuums then extract water and dirt from the material. This helps reduce drying times.
What type of cleaning solutions do you use to clean mattresses?
We only use professional cleaning products for mattress cleaning. We spend a lot of time sleeping and doing other activities on mattresses, so it makes sense to use the right products.
Can every stain come out?
Many stains lighten a lot and some disappear. Old stains and some dyes can stay. We’ll tell you honestly before we start.
How long will the mattress be wet for?
Mattresses can take up to 24 hours to dry. Most of the time, mattresses will dry in 8 to 12 hours, depending on the mattress and the room. We’ll give you a time when we finish.
Can every urine stain come out?
Fresh accidents usually clean up well. When urine has soaked deep into the mattress many times, a mark can stay. We’ll look first and tell you honestly what to expect.
Do I get a receipt for my warranty?
Yes. After the visit you get a receipt showing the mattress was professionally cleaned. Keep it with your warranty papers.
What is your promise?
We clean the worst spot first and let you see the result. If you don’t like it, we stop and there’s no charge. Rayon and viscose fabrics aren’t covered.
Do you clean sofas or rugs too?
