What to do right away
- Strip the bed and blot the wet spot with towels. Press, don’t rub.
- Run a fan and leave the mattress uncovered. Don’t cover a wet patch.
- If the side got wet too, stand the mattress on its side to dry.

Bed-wetting is common, and it usually passes. A clean gets the mattress back to fresh in between.

A waterproof mattress protector keeps urine from soaking in. Look for one that breathes, so it stays comfortable to sleep on.
Wash it with the sheets, and keep a spare for nights when you need a quick change.

Warm water and cleaner go into the fabric, and a strong vacuum pulls the water and dirt back out.

It depends on the mattress and the room. We’ll give you a time when we finish, and a few tips to speed it up.
What is your promise?
We clean the worst spot first and let you see the result. If you don’t like it, we stop and there’s no charge. Rayon and viscose fabrics aren’t covered.
